Dial: White enamel, Roman numerals, gold spade hands, with subsidiary dials for seconds and a second time zone, second white enamel dial with outer date ring, gold hands, subsidiary dials for month [signed "Quantieme perpetuel"], day [signed "Quantieme independant"] and moon age & phase in a crescent, signed "Mson B. Haas, Jeune, Paris - Geneve", the whole in blue enamel.

EPW - Maison B Haas, Jeune, Genève-Paris, rare and important patented cover-winding, double-dial, minute repeating perpetual calendar watch displaying two time zones, 59mm, massive 18K gold original HC with full signature and attributes engraved within both covers, the bow acting as a switch for hunting operation of front and back covers, the back opening to reveal the perpetual calendar WED with sunken month and day dials, sweep date, and aperture at top for lunar phases, the entire calendar mechanism on a single plate hinged together with the bezel, allowing both to be lifted upward away from the mvt; the front cover opening to reveal the WE time dial with sunken seconds and second time zone dials, wound by opening and closing the front cover, LS by crown with additional lever for advancing the second time zone in 15-minute intervals, fully capped lever escapement, fully jeweled repeat train down to the hammers, probably 31J plus jeweling, if any, within the calendar mechanism, fausses-côtes NI damascene, s#15721, number repeated on case and under dial.
