Case: Yellow gold, the rear engraved with coat of arms and the motto "Exitus acta probat" [The end justifies the means], the arms of President George Washington. The cuvette signed "Chronometre, No. 19275, avec Bulletin de l'Observatoire de Geneve, Ancne Mson B. Haas Jne., Haas Neveux & Cie. Sucrs., 5 Quai du Mont Blnac, Geneve, 104 Boulevard Sebastopol, Paris".
Dial: White enamel with Breguet numerals, gold Louis XV hands, 30 minute register
Movement: 17''' Nickel, bi-metallic balance with blued steel balance spring with Breguet overcoil with polished steel kidney piece, capped pallet pivots with counterpoise, stamped with Geneva seal

Dial: white enamel, black Arabic numerals, outer minute track and 1/5th seconds marks, gold outer five second numerals, gold Louis XV hands, thirty minute register and sub seconds, center gold split second hands
Movement: No. 19275, nickel, 3/4 plate, straight line lever escapement, bi-metallic compensated balance, 30 jewels, jeweled to the repeat hammers, Geneva quality hallmark on the center bridge, swan's neck regulator
