???? - Private collection 2023 - Jones Horan auction, 23 Sep 2023, est $1,600-2,600, sold $1,200, "EPW - Haas Neveux, Swiss (unsigned, our attribution), very thin with "couteau" (knife) edge, 48mm, 7.5mm front-to-rear thickness with crystal included but applied case rosette excluded, 18K gold (tested) OF original case with beautiful blue guilloche enameling to rear and bezel, applied white metal and diamond rosette to rear, white enameled band and pendant, refinished silvered dial marked for retailer Dreicer & Co, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel, likely 18J, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, Genève seal to center bridge, s#48878. Gross weight of assembled watch 33.7 dwt (52.3 g). From the collection of Ethan Lipsig. CONDITION: Mvt: Running after a sluggish start, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some toning and micro-fine scratches to plate surfaces; refinished dial with diagonal surface mark right of center, some lesser surface marks elsewhere; fine hands, hour with prominent crimp at its base, hour and minute hands are blue, seconds-hand is plum colored; case shows very little wear, some tiny nicks to band edge, blue guilloche enamel fully intact, white enameling with some negligible tiny specks of loss; bow pivots freely, crown shows light wear and has had some notches filed to upper portion for added grip; good glass crystal."
