Present day - Bulgari museum, "This rare, jump-hour watch dates back to ca. 1930 and the dial features the typical meander Art Déco motif that is also a nod to the Greek origins of the Company’s founder, Sotirio Bulgari. His name “S. Bulgari - Rome” is in fact reported on the dial. The rhodium plated brass movement of this watch is by Vacheron Constantin, embellished with perlage decoration on the sinker, while the bridges feature “vague de Geneve” and “anglage”.
It also features anchor escapement, balance wheel in two metals and spiral by Breguet.
The Geneva mark is engraved on the bridges.
Other marks feature ibex, and HNC with running dog." |
